Featherweight

23 June 1983 - "Sweet" Irving Mitchell wins by decision in fifteen (15) rounds over Richie Foster in San Diego, California, USA.

05 June 1984 -  Mitchell defends and wins by decision in fifteen (15) rounds over Ricky Wallace in San Diego, California, USA.

24 November 1984 - Mitchell relinquishes title.

 

Lightweight

1981   Sean "Bubblegum" O'Grady named WAA World Lightweight Champion

31 October 1981 - O'Grady defends and loses by knockout in round two (2) to Andrew Ganigan in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA.

22 May 1982 - Ganigan relinquishes title.

09 July 2005 - Leon "Hurry Up" Moore wins the WAA World Lightweight title by technical knockout in round four (4) over Orlando "the Pocket Rocket" Rogers in Georgetown, Guyana.

30 March 2006 -  Moore relinquishes title due to change in management.

 

Welterweight

03 April 1982 - Sean O'Grady wins the WAA World Welterweight title by knockout in round three (3) over Jose "Chamizal" Hernandez  in Denver, Colorado, USA.

08 June 1982 - Sean O'Grady defends and wins by knockout in round one (1) over Orin Butler  in Denver, Colorado, USA.

30 October 1982 - O'Grady relinquishes title.

 

Light Middleweight

01 June 1988 - Edip "the Serbian Bull" Sekowitsch wins the WAA World Light Middleweight title by knockout in round one (1) over Bryan Grant in Stadthalle, Vienna, Austria.

31 May 1989 - Sekowitsch relinquishes title.

26 May 1996 - Harold Brazier wins the WAA World Light Middleweight title by technical knockout in round seven (7) over Rob Bleakley in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

09 August 1996 - Bleakley relinquishes title when he is unable to make the weight restriction.

 

 

Middleweight

10 August 1985 - Michael "The Silk" Olajide wins the WAA World Middleweight title by knockout in round nine (9) over Sakaraia Ve in Suva, Fiji.

28 November 1985 - Olajide relinquishes title.

26 June 1998 - Jonathan "the Native Sensation" Corn wins the WAA World Middleweight title by unanimous decision in twelve (12) rounds over  Harold Brazier in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

03 September 1999 - Corn defends and loses by unanimous decision in twelve (12) rounds to Ray Domenge in Onawa, Iowa.

13 October 1999 - Domenge relinquishes title when he is unable to make the weight restriction.

 

Super Middleweight

03 April 1982 - Jerry "Wimpy" Halstead wins the WAA World Super Middleweight title by knockout over Ron Brown in round six (6) in Denver, Colorado, USA.

29 May 1982 - Halstead defends and wins by knockout in round one (1) over Darren Encline in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA.

05 November 1982 - Halstead relinquishes title when he is unable to make the weight restriction.

22 April 1996 - Rob Bleakley wins the WAA World Super Middleweight title by unanimous decision over Tim Payton in twelve (12) rounds in Altoona, Iowa, USA.

26 May 1996 - Bleakley relinquishes title to fight for the WAA World Light Middleweight title against Harold Brazier.

20 September 1997 - Ray Domenge wins the WAA World Super Middleweight title by knockout over Allen "Southside" Smith in round four (4) in Onawa, Iowa, USA.

13 February 1998 - Domenge relinquishes title when he is unable to make the weight restriction.

 

Light Heavyweight

02 April 1997 - Rob "the All-American Prizefighter" Calloway wins the WAA World Light Heavyweight title by technical knockout over Ray Domenge in round nine (9) in Kansas City, Missouri, USA.

25 October 1997 - Calloway defends and wins by technical knockout against Richard Wilson in round two (2) in Saint Joseph, Missouri, USA.

19 May 1998 - Calloway defends and wins by knockout against Tyler "Working Man" Hughes in round eight (8) in Saint Joseph, Missouri, USA.

10 July 1998 - Calloway defends and wins by technical knockout against Lonnie Knowles in round three (3) in Kansas City, Missouri, USA.

30 September 1998 - Calloway relinquishes title when he is unable to make the weight restriction.

 

Heavyweight

1981   Floyd "Jumbo" Cummings named WAA World Heavyweight Champion

08 March 1981 - Cummings relinquishes title.

22 September 1983 - Monte Masters wins WAA World Heavyweight title by knockout in round fourteen (14) over Tony Fulilangi in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.

12 June 1984 - Masters stripped of title.

06 November 2004 - Gene Pukall wins the WAA World Heavyweight title by  knockout over Frank Broehme in round two (2) in Berlin, Germany.

09 April 2005 - Pukall defends and wins by  knockout over Frank Broehme in round one (1) in Berlin, Germany.

26 November 2005 - Pukall relinquishes title due to change in management.

20 May 2006 - Gene Pukall regains the WAA World Heavyweight title by  technical knockout over Ingo Jaede in round three (3) in Bautzen, Sachsen, Germany.  Pukall also wins the IBU-International Boxing Union European Heavyweight title.

19 November 2006 - Pukall relinquishes title due to retirement.

Middleweight

07 October 1995 - Rob Bleakley wins the WAA International Middleweight title by knockout over Ruben "the Fighting Banker" Riaz in three (3) rounds in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA.
